Last Night was great! Moyenne was great, a little generic, but had a great feel-good vibe going on. Chatted with Marlon Griffith for a while, he's going off to Cape Town for the Biennial! Opening show!! Great stuff.





One little thing though: why is it I lime with people twice, three, four times my age?? Its not only because its easier, parental-permission wise; I enjoy it! I have a better time, than, say, trapesing around Movietowne, looking for this one, that one, getting a drop, money for drinks, etc. I'm not..."insecure" about it or anything, I just want to know why! Hmm. thats goign to be a tough one, but already I have a easier, less substantial, showy answer :P!!

ARGH!! I haven't been here for a while, but I have come to a very serious conclusion: women are better bloggers. From Pioneer Woman, Girl with a One Track mind (blogging now discontinued), Wiping up snot and the trini Things I've Found in Pockets, guys just don't match up! I can't even remember the male blogs i've flicked over. One ambulance thingy sticks out.
All of the women are highly intelligent, and their powers of observation mixed with optimism--ie, findgin the joy in the small things in life--are amazing! They are brilliantly witty and funny, but also can be very serious: many of them are feminist, and also have other positions that they are solid about.



Btw, the boissiere house was mentioned in the New York Times!!
